Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of products and services by Powder House Sweden AB ("PH", "we", "us", "our") through our website and any other sales channel. By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

2. Products and Product Information
PH sells premium sanitaryware and bathroom products including toilets, washbasins, bathtubs and accessories, manufactured in Italy and Poland. All products are subject to availability.
Product images, dimensions and specifications on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. However, no warranty is given as to the accuracy of such information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions. We also reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities.
3. Pricing and Availability
All prices are in SEK and include VAT at the applicable rate. Prices are subject to change without notice. PH will confirm current prices and availability when processing your order. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you and offer you the option to choose an alternative product or receive a full refund.
4. Order and Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from PH. Your order is accepted when PH sends you an order confirmation email. The contract between you and PH is formed at this point. PH reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
5. Payment
Payment must be received before your order is dispatched, unless PH has agreed otherwise in writing. PH accepts payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer and other payment methods as displayed on the website. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. By providing payment information, you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information you provide is true and accurate.
6. Delivery
PH will use reasonable efforts to dispatch your order within the timeframe specified on the website. However, PH does not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Delivery times are estimates only and time is not of the essence. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to you. Any visible damage must be reported to us in writing with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and notifying PH immediately of any damage or discrepancies.
7. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to PH's Returns and Exchanges Policy for information about returning products and obtaining refunds. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Returns and Exchanges Policy, the Returns and Exchanges Policy shall prevail.
8. Installation
All Powder House sanitary products — including toilets, washbasins and bathtubs — must be installed by a qualified and licensed plumber or installer in accordance with all applicable building regulations. Powder House accepts no liability for damage, malfunction, personal injury or property damage resulting from incorrect, inadequate or unprofessional installation.
The warranty set out in these Terms is void if the product has been incorrectly installed or installed in contravention of the installation instructions supplied. Once a product has been installed, it cannot be returned under any circumstances other than a confirmed manufacturing defect (see our Returns & Exchanges Policy).
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
All Powder House ceramic sanitaryware, Mineralicast bathtubs and accessories carry a 24-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning from the date of delivery. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:
Damage resulting from incorrect, unprofessional or non-compliant installation
Damage caused by improper or unsuitable cleaning products or methods (see our Cleaning & Maintenance guide)
Normal wear, surface scratches or colour variations consistent with ordinary use
Colour variation between production batches, which is inherent to the ceramic glazing process
Damage caused by limescale, hard water or chemical attack where care instructions have not been followed
Damage caused by impact, misuse or accident
Consumable and replaceable components including flush mechanisms, seat hinges and washers
Products purchased from unauthorised third-party resellers
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@powderhouse.store with your order number, a written description of the alleged defect and clear photographs. We will acknowledge your claim within 5 business days.
Our liability under this warranty is limited, at our sole discretion, to repair, replacement or refund of the defective product. We shall not be liable for costs of removal, reinstallation, associated plumbing works or any consequential loss.
If you are a consumer purchasing for personal, non-commercial use in Sweden or the EU, your statutory rights under the Konsumentköplagen (Consumer Purchase Act) and related legislation apply alongside and are not limited by this commercial warranty. Swedish consumers have the right to make claims in respect of defects for up to three years from delivery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, your use of the website, or the products, even if PH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of PH or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display or perform any content from the website without the prior written permission of PH.
12. User Conduct
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair the website. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or any related systems or networks.
13. Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. PH is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of these websites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with PH's Privacy Policy and Returns and Exchanges Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PH regarding your use of the website and the purchase of products, and supersede all prior negotiations, representations and agreements, whether written or oral.
